One of the reasons Advantix flea and tick treatment is used is its repellent action against ticks, which can affect them before they attach and begin feeding. If your dog becomes unwell after a tick bite, contact a veterinarian.
Advantix for cats is not suitable – the product must not be used on cats. Its active ingredient is highly toxic to them.
